What Kind of Exercise Should
I Start With?
If you want to lose weight, you need
to exercise, there is no way around it. If you do not do some
form of daily exercise every day for the rest of your life, then
chances are even if you lose weight, you will gain it back. In
today's high fat food environment our bodies need to do a little
extra work to stay slim.
The trick is to do something that you
enjoy doing and know that you can continue to do on a long term
basis. Some people choose aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging,
boxing, or swimming to name a few. Don't pick a plan that you
know you will eventually give up on.
If you can find several things that
you enjoy doing, then alternate them on different days, my personal
favorite is bike riding, even though I enjoy this very much, sometime
days I feel I don't have the energy to do this, I use Thermadrol
to give me a boost and keep me going.
In summary, don't start an exercise
program that you know you will not be able to keep on doing indefinately,
choose one that may be a little less vigorous and more long term.
