Fat in the body protects vital organs, helps
against the cold. It also transports the fat into soluble vitamins
A,D,E, and K.
There are 2 types of fat saturated and unsaturated.
Saturated fats causes alot of distruction in
the body. The name given to the are artery blokers.
Saturated fats are found in all animal foods, dairy products,
and whole dairy products and oils.
Trans fatty acids are included with the saturated fats for a good
reason.
Your body responds to Trans fatty acids as if they are saturated
fats, that raises cholesterol and increases your chance of a heart
disease.
Unsaturated fats are the preferred fat. Two types are monounsaturated
and polyunsaturated.
Monounsaturated fats are in olive and canola oils. Monounsaturated
are the healthiest of the oils.
Polyunsaturated fats are found in corn, safflower, soybean, and
sunflower oils.
