Its a new year and youve got a new low carb rule. No
matter how tempted you may be
its either low carb or
no carb. Youve made up your mind and youre committed
to sticking with your low carb plan. Youve even cleaned out
the kitchen cabinets and the pantry, only low carb foods from this

with the cupboard looking very bare, youve
got to create a low carb grocery list so you can quickly find the
low carb foods you need when you go shopping.
The easiest way to begin creating a low carb grocery list is to
begin writing or typing that new low carb list with a familiar store
in mind. Dont try to develop your low carb grocery list based
on what you might find at a store in which you dont normally
shop. You can be sure that if a new store has lots of new low carb
foods for you to try, it will also have other new temptations as
well. Write your new low carb grocery list based upon your usual
store so that you can be familiar with the areas of the store you
want to avoid.
You probably arent going to find the low carb foods you need
in the deli/bakery section. The healthy low carb foods you need
arent going to suddenly be located on the junk food aisle
of the store. Forget going down the soda aisle for low carb foods,
and you can probably cross off the cookie aisle for finding low
carb foods as well. See, by making your grocery list of low carb
foods based upon a store you shop regularly, you can generally avoid
the aisles that lead you into the temptation of purchasing foods
that are not low carb foods for your diet.
